About Me

I work with adults who feel emotionally disconnected, whether its from themselves, their relationships, or a sense of direction in their lives. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who are outwardly functioning but feel inwardly stuck, conflicted, or worn down by patterns that no longer fit who they are becoming. I also work with couples navigating disconnection, recurring conflict, or uncertainty about how to move forward together.

My approach to therapy is relational and depth-oriented. Together we slow things down enough to explore what's happening beneath the surface — where confusion, ambivalence, and unspoken tension often live. I believe meaningful change happens through clarity, integrity, and compassion that doesn’t bypass accountability.

Clients often describe my style as thoughtful, attuned, and emotionally precise. I value direct communication and collaborative work, and I see therapy as a shared process rather than something being “done” to you. And while the work can be deep, there's always room for humor too.

I come to this work as a fellow human. I know what it's like to feel stuck, conflicted, and unsure how to make sense of your own inner world. Those experiences have shaped how I show up: with humility, realism, and genuine respect for how hard change can be. I don’t believe in perfection or having it all figured out, and I don’t expect that from clients either.

Outside the therapy room, I spend time with loved ones, photograph the night sky, and recharge with video games — a proud introvert and homebody through and through.
