About Me

I work with adults who feel emotionally disconnected, whether its from themselves, their relationships, or a sense of direction in their lives. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who are outwardly functioning but feel inwardly stuck, conflicted, or worn down by patterns that no longer fit who they are becoming. I also work with couples navigating disconnection, recurring conflict, or uncertainty about how to move forward together.

My approach to therapy is relational and depth-oriented. I help clients explore the underlying patterns, values, and relational dynamics shaping their experiences, slowing things down enough to explore what’s happening beneath the surface where confusion, ambivalence, and unspoken tension often live. I believe meaningful change happens through clarity, integrity, and compassion that doesn’t bypass accountability.

Clients often describe my style as thoughtful, attuned, and emotionally precise. I value direct communication and collaborative work, and I see therapy as a shared process rather than something being “done” to you. While therapy can be deep and meaningful, I also believe there’s room for humor in therapy.

I also come to this work as a human who has navigated my own mental health struggles. I’ve had my own experiences with feeling stuck, conflicted, and unsure how to make sense of my internal world. My experiences have shaped how I show up as a therapist: with humility, realism, and respect for how hard change can be. I don’t believe in perfection or having it all figured out, and I don’t expect that from clients either.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and exploring the wonders of the night sky through astrophotography. As a self-proclaimed introvert and homebody, I also love cozying up with video games.
